Fixinz was created to bring Sesto’s trusted trade products directly to consumers, a new venture that needed to stand on its own while maintaining the same precision and reliability the Sesto name represents.

I led the full process end-to-end: brand identity, logo design, website build, photography, product data management, marketing, and operational setup. The logo was designed to feel tough but friendly, confident and approachable, just like the team behind it.

While we carried through Sesto’s red for familiarity, the rest of the brand was built from scratch. The Shopify site was designed for simplicity and performance, blending proven ecommerce layouts with a clean, refined look that reflects the brand’s quality focus.

Beyond design, I also structured how Fixinz would function within the wider Sesto business — from order processing and fulfilment workflows to customer service touchpoints and promotional planning — ensuring it ran efficiently alongside our wholesale operations.
Fixinz has since grown into a profitable, fast-moving part of the company. I’m proud of this project — I led the design, launch, and operational setup from start to finish, and the brand’s success stands entirely on its own.
