Overview
Sesto Fasteners, a top wholesaler of concrete anchors in New Zealand, experienced rapid growth. To capitalize on this, the aim was to create a user-friendly B2B e-commerce platform. The website restricted public sales, granting access only to authorized resellers with tiered pricing. A standout concept was selected, paving the way for a unique and effective online marketplace.
My Approach
As the sole designer for this project, I identified a significant pain point for our users: the inability to purchase directly from the website despite frequent visits. To address this issue, I proposed the concept of a custom quote builder, tailored to the needs of the end user. This feature would not only make things easier for the public but also drive customers to Sesto Fasteners loyal re-sellers.
