MNTGE, an innovative Web3 company, merges NFTs with real-world brand collaborations. With Non-Fungible Labs, they launched their collection, requiring NFT minting, a user-centric dashboard, and features for enhanced user experience.

My Contributions

I collaborated through many stages of this project, focusing mainly on the UI aspect. My experience in the Web3 industry gave a decent understanding for the minting process but I learned a lot from the talented team so this experience as a whole was priceless.

Journey Map

As with any software, this project required a meticulously crafted journey map. Through comprehensive competitive benchmarking and research, a streamlined minting process flow was developed. The mint's distinguishing feature was the incorporation of a raffle mechanic and whitelist tokens, adding a novel dimension. Ensuring a flawless flow was crucial, as it would be many users' first interaction with MNTGE.

Wireframe

Once a seamless flow was achieved for the minting process, user hub/dashboard, login, and additional custom utility processes, we proceeded to connect the product's information architecture with its initial visual design concept. Like any other wireframe this helped to clarify consistent ways for displaying particular types of information on the user interface and determine intended functionality.

Journey Map

It was essential to pinpoint any pain points throughout the process. As Steve Krug once emphasized, users possess a reservoir of goodwill during their initial software interaction; however, any issues encountered can rapidly deplete this reservoir.
